In the clip Kim discusses that she wants to remember her body how it is right now because she knows it will eventually change again. She explains, "If I get pregnant again soon, my body is going to totally transform. So, I'm doing this photo shoot today naked."
She added, "I just want to capture my body and have these photos to last forever."
I'm sure Kanye doesn't mind having them either...
